Areas Served
Fitness Formulas serves Hexham, Corbridge, the North and South Tyne Valleys and Newcastle upon Tyne. I can also provide a service to clients outside of these areas by special arrangement.
Outdoor & Home Visit Sessions
Outdoor sessions usually take place in the beautiful surroundings of Hexham Park known as the Sele or at Tyne Green overlooking the River, however I also have a number of clients who prefer to train in the relative privacy of their gardens.
Indoor home training can be safely & successfully performed in the smallest of living rooms, so whether you live in a flat or a castle (yes, I have trained people in both!), I can make the routine work for your circumstances. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
Gym Based Sessions
For gym based sessions I am based at the excellent Greens Health and Fitness located in Gosforth, Newcastle, but also have arrangements with a number of other venues such as No Limits Health & Fitness in Hexham. For more information on Greens please click on the link provided.
